THE PLEIADES DRESS

A Hellenistic style draped dress with flowy pleats of white silk taffeta & mint green silk tulle tracing the silhouette from chest to side of the waist and falling forward to the front to finish around the ankle.

The silhouette with its mythical sculptural drapery is completed with a centrepiece of a hand-embroidered blue bird with taxidermy wings and a coque tail that is spread out and positioned close to the heart. 

The silk tulle has been pleated, knotted and twisted over the body.
