Our order process takes anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks with an average time frame of 8 weeks depending on the complexity of the garment chosen.

Each garment requires 2 fittings and the overall process is done in 5 stages.
Stage 1- Initial phone consultation to go over the clients’ needs, and to discuss the couture piece which interests them. If the client wants to move forward we confirm their availability and book a face to face meeting.

Stage 2-The client has their measurements taken and goes over fabrics, adornments, and construction to customize their piece. At this stage an order is placed, and the client order details and measurements are sent to our partners in Paris.

Stage 3-The 1st fitting
Within 2 to 3 weeks after the clients initial order (toile fitting).

Stage 4-The 2nd fitting
Our team will book a 2nd fitting with the client within 2 to 4 weeks after the 1st fitting (basted fitting).

Stage 5-The finished garment.
After the 2nd fitting our team books a final in-person delivery with the client. This is done 2 to 3 weeks after the 2nd fitting and at this point, the process should be complete and the client would have their finished couture piece.

Please note that all orders will be fitted with our couture team, and they will meet you at your preferred location as the service we offer is remote. However, If clients desire, they can also have their fittings with our partner atelier in Paris (with the head of the atelier and Angelo Fair.
